Week 7 on MyCircadianClock Journey

It's week 7 already on the mycircadianclock research journey. For me it's been 5 weeks as the first fourteen days was the baseline period. Basically the app tracks one's average sleep, eating pattern, activity and other health tracking. The research duration is 14 weeks, but one can still continue. The importance of this research to me mainly is to determine if I can use time restricted eating to maintain my weight. 

With the pandemic, I got throne off balance but will definitely get back to sharing more on this.
